i fell off my new walking treadmill and it shredded part of my flip flop π³ ...and i'm gonna keep it anyway b/c my new rule for myself is if i'm casting i better be walking

Hey Christin, Iβm gonna have to agree that sneakers > flip flops. However, if youβre just walking, why not go barefoot (no socks either) on the treadmill? Even with multi-tasking, the worst that can happen is you fall off. 100 $DEGEN

Arch support is a myth. It actually weakens your arches. Good to do exercises for your arches though especially if you have been using arch support like most people do.
