Last Christmas card compared to this years. i hit 219 LBS January 2024. I just finished a hip surgery after back to back ankle surgeries. i was 11 months away from retirement from the military after 20 years. I didn't want to continue down this slippery slope of obesity coupled with sedentary lifestyle because i'm too overweight to exercise etc. i have seen too many veterans doing this as I was in the medical field. there would be ZERO excuses as i've seen it first hand. i'm down 45 LBS in 11 months by just changing my eating habits ALONE! lets see how much healthier I get adding some Rehab/exercise back into my life. So...help me in this journey as I would love to live and learn this new lifestyle with all of you! let's start off with a question I have for all of you... - What's your favorite way to earn while exercising? - Are there any for food journaling healthy eating habits?

Maybe it took 20 years of the military to finally achieve it... Actually no... As you see my Youngest in the pic, I realized she was learning the bad eating habits and she was gaining weight etc. I wanted to be a positive role model for her.
