i gave my first non 5 star score yesterday (3 stars) - the guy arrived 15 min later than quoted, did not say a word, and his car smelled terrible

and this prompted me to check my own score 😅

I haven’t communicated my point (jk) successfully. Were you really really always 5 star? Maybe you were a 4 star customer on occasion?? 😘

don't try and make him feel better about it - he needs to reflect on what he's done 😜
