they should require reasons to give low stars! doesn't have to be connected to the ride, could pop up some random amount of time later. how else are people supposed to learn what to not do?

It could be so many reasons and things beyond your control. As long as I'm above like a 4.75, I don't let it bother me. I just try to be a good passenger and know that I'll still get the occasional low rating. 1000 $degen
