Education is a great thing. Get those geography basics understood, and practice doing basic internet research. The answers to these, and millions of other ultra-basic queries, is almost instantly available (including for those who have not yet had school courses in fundamentals of geography). Learn every day . . .

If the community doesn't construct healthy guardrails for itself, be assured that gov't jurisdictions will step in to "help". The answer is for constructive community leaders to buidl healthy guardrails for healthy ecosystems.

Globally, humans have figured out that anarchy (similar to extreme libertarian-ism) essentially permissions and emboldens those who are destructive to healthy societies. As much as crypto-values tend toward a preference for "free" everything (markets, social expressions, etc.), the reality is that guardrails are needed

So, the crypto community is experiencing increasing social issues as value/attention goes parabolic again. Not a surprise, as humans are involved. This is why ALL communities need guardrails.

Well, that just means “narrative market fit” IS “product market fit”. Not sure this is meaningfully different from many other business sectors.

Criminals and scammers exist in all ages and ecosystems - it is a minority aspect of human societies. The efforts and dedication of people who are working to build better futures is a worthy path. I hope @polynya (and millions of others) will be encouraged to keep fighting the good fight.

Gotta fight the good fight. The upside potential from decentralized digital currencies, privacy-respecting decentralized digital identity, and decentralized socio-economic ecosystems is a (potential) game-changer for better societies.

Sounds like Bankless should rally Bankless US citizens to contact their gov’t representatives to try and build a wave of political will in front of this gambit - if these rumors are reasonably accurate.

I’m also a big fan of that ORD artwork, but I’d support two pieces at Changi airport as top airport art. The kinetic sculptures at Singapore’s Changi airport are fascinating - particularly when super jet lagged. ;-) @singapore

The natural flip is when a sector or founder is so hot that the investor herd tramples themselves to grab the juiciest “hot products”.

As a serial founder/fundraiser, I also would love to flip those tables. But the ecosystem of money (investors) and ideas (founders) seems to be an innate and natural dynamic of the market economy ecosystem.

Intriguing. But, in general, deals run to money. Money typically has a long line of enthusiastic deal flow - as well as a network that delivers pre-qualified deals.
