My knee injury recovered today - running strong first 9k @~4:30 pace Run cut short again - got sprained ankle at 18.5k mark Need to stop me from hurting myself this season💀

The injury was just a scuff that healed, didn’t affect the run much😁 But yeah, I planned to start slow, but my bad habit kicked in. I’m always tempted to run fast, even though I shouldn’t (this got me injured last year)
