Had an almost perfect zone 2 run today in Michigan with low temps and easy strides. 

A nice 6.55 in with average HR at 141 which is good progress. Trying to keep that low. 

Decent mile week ahead. 🏃🏻

My zone2 running fails miserably everytime when there's a runner zooming right pass me. I always tempted to keep up with those paces 😂
