I tried the “closing shift” ADHD hack to get 20-30 minutes of cleaning done at night without getting carried away. I figured I needed a good playlist for it. Two hours later I have a SICK playlist and a sink full of dishes.

lol at least the playlist is ready for next time! i’ve lived by this hack for years, thanks to working in retail and the “clopen” shifts. it works so well for me.
