Been a year since I’ve completely substituted all forms of sugar at home with jaggery. It’s the best alternative Jaggery is like a nutrient-packed version of sugar, rich in essential minerals like iron, calcium, and potassium. Unlike refined sugar, it releases energy more gradually, helping to prevent sharp spikes in blood sugar levels.
