throw away your greens powders and make greens cubes for your smoothies instead kale + spinach + swiss chard add a touch of water if the mix gets too thick (or add cucumbers) > cheaper > more nutrients (fresh >>>) > no additives or sweeteners (better taste) > can make your own mix > FIBRE i spent ~$7 and made 34 cubes (17 servings, about ~30g of greens total) you can really enhance the nutrient profile and benefits by adding any of the following: moringa powder, spirulina, fresh turmeric, fresh ginger, ground flax seeds, chia seeds, ashwagandha powder
