why not share on farcaster too, @bryanjohnson? it's got a shill at the end (why not, everyone's gotta eat!), but good thread on getting you to think about your own posture imo bad posture is a big issue for a lot of people as we spend more & more time on devices https://x.com/bryan_johnson/status/1844454193572216969

I realize just getting a strong back/core and using an ergonomic chair that promotes good posture that my posture has greatly improved. When before, I only had great posture when playing violin (or another instrument) because of habit. FYI I did splurge on a Herman Miller Embody chair so it's not some generic cheap chair.

>Herman Miller Embody chair just looked it up, what a chair ๐ how does it prevent you from slouching?

My back make full contact on the chair; and then I can lean backwards, forwards, lock it in, adjust the tension for leaning back, etc. It's def not perfect but I know things are better because when I first got the chair I was like "where is my head rest! my neck and head are tired!" But that doesn't happen anymore ๐ P.S. the other indicator is I use to be the "same height" as some of my friends, but now I realize I don't slouch while standing or walking and the do. So now I am "taller" than them hahaha
