same, i think im going to do it for a few weeks until i get in the habit of eating on time throughout the day i wait too long to eat and then have to cram all my protein in a few hours dinner time

I go in and out of tracking calories because it resets my portion control. Holidays and vacations make my eating out of whack. But I've never consciously tried to track macros while tracking calories. And unfortunately I'm always carb heavy
