Yeah cross training IMO is a big one. Weight lifting has so many benefits to more than just pure strength. Yoga, cycling, it all benefits from it.

yeah - i'm trying to be more consistent with climbing now, so hopefully that'll help.

It's funny that my gym membership is at a climbing gym but I rarely climb even though I have access to it. I usually just weight train or take a yoga class. The yoga classes are fine, but it's included and i'm a cheapo if I am paying for this already.
