Burwick Law is preparing a lawsuit against Pump.fun, a platform  that runs memcoins on the Solana blockchain. The firm announced this in a post on platform X.

Representatives of the firm said they are working with investors who have lost significant sums due to memcoins, ragpools and the platform's unfulfilled promises. Pump.fun, they said, has collected hundreds of millions of dollars in commissions.

According to Dune analyst Adam Teh, only 0.4 percent of the 14 million cryptocurrency wallets that interacted with Pump.fun made more than $10,000 in profit, making Burwick's potential customer base in the multi-millions.
