The recipe for my favorite pasta
CARBONARA
spaghetti100g
Guanchale60g
Egg yolk 3pieces 
Pecorino cheese100g 
Butter60g 
Black pepper2g
Guanchalet is well fried until golden brown  
For the sauce, mix everything, add to the boiled spaghetti and dilute a little with the water in which the pasta was cooked
