a couple years back there was this project 4th Energy

the idea was to use special NFTs to boot onchain html or javascript so people could access apps directly and privately 

this way you could bypass web2 domains, etc.

Cool idea. I also wonder what kind of vulnerabilities could lie hidden for years in something like this. 

It'd be cool to have an app that fetches these and runs them in a box to isolate it. Tack on curated registries to block known vulnerabilities.
