Tried to get a good picture of the amount of cream at the top of my milk this week😍

It's essentially whole whole milk because of how much fat there is compared to store bought whole milk. 

Debating skimming off some cream to make butter to go with fresh bread 🥖 🧈

It has more nutrients and less crap!

I still use grassfed whole milk from the store for cappuccinos. Raw milk is harder to froth properly imo

I’ve tried making cheese with raw milk and had trouble. Wonder if I’d have more success w grassfed whole milk. Been loving A2 lately
