Do you guys have any resources for sleep training a 4 month old? Pediatrician says we can start now. Wondering what’s the best way to start. A friend shared this resource. Thinking of getting it. https://takingcarababies.com/#classes

I’m sleep training my 10 month with this book. The book isn’t written super well, but the concepts are good. Only on day 3 so I’ll have to report back

oh nice, would love to learn how it’s going any reason you guys didn’t start earlier? friends been telling me to start now. he is 4.5 months old.
