Yes!! Have been wanting to make fried tofu but would prefer a recipe someone has tried and loved.

Yeah pan fried. I have been trying to get it this good for months. This was today’s attempted iteration on the recipe 👇 Pat dry firm tofu, put on its side and cut in half then chop into 1/2 inch chunks. Put in a bowl with 1 tbsp of corn starch, a drizzle of olive oil, 1 tsp granulated garlic, salt and pepper. Oil a nonstick pan over medium high heat. But not too much just like a coating of oil that will absorb and burn off. Then just be super patient while it cooks and turn as it browns. Add teriyaki sauce, let it get really brown and crispy but be careful not to let it burn. Voila.
