They criticize salary earners in an attempt to make entrepreneurship more appealing, but that’s a misguided approach. Entrepreneurship is no joke. It takes grit, patience, and strategy to establish a business. If you think otherwise, try starting one yourself. I always tell people that if you don’t listen to motivational talks in context, your mind will be on a constant roller coaster, tossed back and forth by indecision. How can you condemn salaried work, then start a business and expect others to work for you? No one starts life by feeding and clothing themselves; they are supported. The same principle applies to business. There’s no shame in working for a company first, learning how systems operate, so you can build something strong and sustainable. Let’s encourage young people to start small, gain experience, and build capacity for greater exploits instead of pushing them into ventures or industries they barely understand.

Points on.. Everyone should understand their strength and skills . Entrepreneurship requires a lot of skills, and strategies. Some people strength lie within a white collar job. What matters is to harness whatever skill you have and make good use of it appreciate

Absolutely, Knowing your strengths and where you thrive is key. Not everyone is built for entrepreneurship, and that’s okay. What matters is maximizing your skills, whether in business or a white collar job. Success is about making the most of what you’re good at.
