10 miles today my longest training run so far next sunday is 15 and i hope it's nice out so i can go somewhere interesting and "run" it i use "run" lightly bc it will probably take me 3 hrs

I've found making it about enjoyment and listening to your body far more fun than worrying about time and speed. If you've got 3 hours to give, enjoy it, and just make sure you have good fuel with you. Gels/snacks/salts etc. πͺ
