I got it all straightened out by using Metamask, finding a stuck transaction then sending an empty transaction to myself at the same nonce with a high gwei and it seemed to fix everything.

Use the advanced settings to submit a txn at the last confirmed nonce +1 and put the gas to aggressive

try importing the private key somewhere else?
