I’ll vote Yes to the DUNA, primarily because I’m a US Citizen, but I do think it will lead to many Nouns loving members leaving. A brain drain if you will. 

Either they fork into a new DAO or they sell their NFT and leave Nouns forever.

I’d like to see them Fork into a second active DAO proliferating Nouns. We’ve seen benefits to multiple DAOs proliferating Nouns.

Boy, this is a difficult prop to vote on.

Forking into a new DAO could help avoid some of the issues with members leaving

maybe there's another model that could be explored by non US citizens?

seeems like most of the issues are because of US stuff right? I mean regulation of some sorts I'm sure is going to be needed for everyone else  in the world as well, but to the level the US requires? and to the whims of that country's regulations?

This would most likely be beneficial for the development of Nouns. 👍
