Think basepaint for nouns traits

Rough outline:
- brush-holders vote on noun (word) of the day
- artists draw for 24h
- final trait design goes up for mint (proceeds shared by artists/protocol/nouns)
- brush-holders(?) vote on adding the trait to nouns collection or nah
- if yes, trait is added and can appear as a nouns trait the next auction
- repeat

This would:
- remove decision to add trait from maindao
- remove issue of compensation
- hyper-charge rate of new traits
