Here some reasons i think why people afraid of new ideas. Also i think Many don’t like to THINK. “will it work?, will people think I'm crazy?, what if it was just a thought?, Too much work, I think if people overcome these challenges, they can do anything they want!

I think it is because they don’t know the possible outcome of the new ideas, and keep working with the old ones, even though it results might not be soo much good. But I just feel it is good to put a balance, you don’t Just throw old moves away Don’t you think it’s enough reason?
