Do those accounts count as DAU?

second-order question: does their content landing in FC increase DAU? increase quality or quantity of discourse? increase retention?

i think it's less important to me that FC has the original content and more about whether the content that makes it to FC is engaged with. 

eg. news outlets aren't posting to FC, but links to news articles still have a positive impact. i don't totally love the "pandering to X" aspect here, but when i step back i view this the same way.
