have had a crisis of confidence lately

social media is a necessary evil in order to succeed in some domains

but... what if i voted with my fork 

...and went back to an industry that doesn't require it

no kings. only working on impossible things.

Either that or make it bettter. Both valid options

reframing

yeah, i'm working on that with /reframing: a place to practice being a better participant

but... am i just rolling in the mud?

heavy weight on me rn, tbh. it's noble to suffer for a cause, but... is it buying into a false premise? 

what if my better contribution to society is strong internal happiness and the second order effects thereof?

For me, I don’t find moments where I’m feeling badly to be productive times to try and figure those kinds of things out
