Are there any 401k providers for startups that support megabackdoor roth IRAs? Can't find a single one that does this.

401k Plan design/administration takes work- typically startups are unwilling to pay the additional cost to create a boutique plan- so many 401k providers offer mainly the cookie cutter starter 401k plan- especially when starting from zero $ balance.
