if you were to relearn math & physics from scratch, how would you do it?

broad question, but really referencing to anything - books, courses, order of subjects, etc.

Math: spend more effort on learning and understanding proofs and rebuild my knowledge that way. Revisit the proofs regularly to deepen my understanding. This is a project I would like to do if I had time.
