I forgot how powerless you are in modern society when you don’t have a working smart phone anymore

You can’t look anything up
You can’t contact anyone
Etc etc

Kinda crazy

Had a week without a phone recently... it felt like being Robinson Crusoe in the middle of Manhattan, isolated among the connected.
