I'm so sorry in advance, but today's workout is going to be intense! We're doing a 10-minute HIIT blast with 5 exercises, 3 rounds, 20 seconds of work per exercise, and 10 seconds of rest in between. The exercises include squat press, burpees, plank shoulder taps, butt kicks, and dumbbell drives. Make sure to take one minute of rest between rounds and repeat 3 times.
