Quilibrium

Launching a network is never as straightforward or as easy as it seems on the surface. No plan ever survives first contact with the enemy, but in preparing for the realities of sophisticated attacks yet to be seen by the public eye, Quilibrium has been hardened in ways no other network has been. So now, I turn to you.

I'll run a node @cassier if eligible.  I've been looking at the ceremony client repo, but assumed (from reading the site as well) that I turned up to this party late, and am missing historical context (like vouchers, and being present for the initial ceremony).
