Timing is always difficult, but based on real estate cycle, and presidential cycle a crypto/Bitcoin summit in 2024 would be reasonable. However, based on real estate cycle there will be more of a 1991, 2008 recession around 2025/2026 (not easy to recover) than a 2001, 2020 like recession (easy to recover). Same narrative for AI with also comes in boom and busts. In that matter I think that the AI boom is a more widespread bubble at this moment.
