Crypto isn't an enemy of the dollar. On the contrary crypto is exporting the dollar to the world through dollar denominated stablecoins. The enemy of the dollar is the US itself.

This wasn't always true — originally the ideas of decentralized anonymous digital cash was indeed an enemy of the dollar. The dollar is controlled by a central entity, inscrutable, prone to corruption and a form of global hegemony. The crypto world has capitulated greatly.
