I wish it would be an absolute reality. Unfortunately, big providers like Cloudflare, and Google still use geoblocking. 

Using a VPN with a shared IP, gets you blocked so many times and if you don't get blocked you still need to do a crazy amount of CAPTCHAs to do most basic stuff.

If the internet was designed such that you could never do any kind of geolocation identification it would have been a much better internet.
