Nothing particularly divergent from the privacy pools proposal, although "If your funds pass our wallet screening, they can be withdrawn privately" feels strange to read.

Privacy pools are on the surface not inherently bad for a block chain where everything is visible, but the problem is with the given block chain itself, in that privacy is optional, where the correct state should be privacy is the default, and opting to identify a transaction is the less frequent case.
