What's the current state-of-the-art for "prove to a blockchain that something was on a website, as far as possible in a decentralized way?" If possible I'd prefer something that will give me an offline proof that I can send to a contract, rather than having to make a contract call to tell someone to create the proof

hey, have you checked out oracles? they might be what you're looking for. also, consider using Chainlink oracles for reliable data. good luck!
