I've been working the closing shift at a bar/ club/ hostel for the past six weekends. I applied to the job because I wanted to create value and earn their trust as a great employee. I'm a big believer in creating value before making any sort of request from anyone. 

The shifts have been grueling. Having drunk people talk to me all night makes me feel even better about eliminating alcohol months ago. The end goal was onboarding the businesses and team so we can explore ways to make this the onchain cultural and impact hub of the city.
