‘The Matrix’ - I still remember the moment I watched it on cinema. It totally blew me away and even though the Matrix franchise has been ruined, the first Matrix will forever be my fav movie. 9

"Being There" I love how it shows the way perception about a person can be so heavily influenced by the setting they're in. 9

1. I origins / Origins beautifully explores the intersection of science and spirituality, suggesting that the eyes may hold the key to our soul's journey. Its poignant narrative invites us to question the boundaries of empirical knowledge and the mysteries of human connection 2. 9

Many of you might prefer the movie—I get it, after all, it has some big names. However, the series 'Hannibal' stays much closer to the novel. Plus, you get to know Hannibal much better, as the series has more time to focus on his character. Don't be rude after all to anyone specially the lecter

Hard to pick a favorite, but “Brazil” holds a special place in my heart, even though it might not be the most enjoyable to watch. It’s kind of a disjointed weird movie, but I like the creativity and rebelling against the dystopia of the paper-pushers. 9

"Point Break" - is an exciting thriller, shooting buddy cop film, and at first there is no shortage of emotions. It centers on rookie FBI agent Johnny Utah (Keanu Reeves) and surfer bank robber Bodhi (Patrick Swayze) – of course the former tries to catch the latter. The two of them are like the heroes of a Shakespearean tragedy, constantly teasing each other - until the sensational ending. 9

“The Tree of Life” - Beautiful cinematic sequences of the nature, the cosmos, and rural Texas life in the 50s-ish. Lyrically braided story and plot, mixed with the quintessential Terrence Malick poetic narration. Tackles themes of love, family, and meaning. 9

Hard to tell my absolute fav but in this year “Everything everywhere all at once” is def the one who surprised me the most. I love the 90’s vibes and the way it starts with chaos, telling more stories that in the end they’re connected. Also loved to see the same characters acting differently in different scenarios. 9
