You know you havenāt run for too many days when your Strava friends start asking: āare you ok? Havenāt seen you on the radar for some timeā š©š©š© I officially have bronchitis. Taking antibiotics for 2 day. Five still to go. Worst illness from 2021ā¦

Bronchitis is very tricky. Drinking lots of water helps. But it takes time. I had two last year. It was awful. Did they prescribe you cortisone as well? It helps a lot with the cough. Only with that I was able to sleep. Get well soon!
