I would not eat it but makes a good skin exfoliant 😆 The main characteristic it needs is being waterproof, so the pond can hold water. The soil in the area is extremely sandy. Easy way would be to use plastic but we want to do it with natural materials.

That’s pretty cool that you are not using plastic. That makes a huge difference to the environment. 👏
