Today Iā€™m going to cook some pointed cabbage. Itā€™s one of my favorite types of cabbage. I first discovered it here in Germany, and I think we donā€™t have it in South America. The taste is lighter than regular cabbage, and it pairs well with other vegetables. Iā€™ll probably add some carrot and potato and make a sautĆ©. Eating healthy, real food has been a part of my life for more than a year, and itā€™s made wonders for me.

Thatā€™s what chat gpt says: Pointed cabbage, also known as ā€œHispiā€ or ā€œsweetheart cabbage,ā€ is native to Europe. It has been cultivated in various parts of the continent for centuries. Itā€™s especially popular in Germany, the Netherlands, and Eastern European countries where it is often used in traditional dishes. Pointed cabbage is known for its tender leaves and milder flavor compared to regular white cabbage. Today, it is grown in many regions of the world with temperate climates, but its origins are rooted in European agriculture.
