My longest run is coming up early tomorrow. I will run 32.4 km to the SAP Labs Munich office... Cause I think I can. Left laptop and changing clothes, etc. all there. Any final Tipps for me? My longest run was 26km, so it's a bit more. Will of course have fluids and gels with me... Anything else you'd recommend?
