Generally good advice, but I want to correct a few misconceptions: 

1. Posting frames is not bad
2. Recasting is not bad 

The best advice is to post original thoughts. It's OK to quote, reply to, tag and engage with someone when you have something useful to add.

I updated this article since @v gave some public feedback. I don't know the secrets to the Warpcast Algo, but I spend a lot of time looking at  users with Spam Labels and users who are in the Top 100 on every public dataset we have and especially the Warpcast Rewards Leaderboard to look for behavioral patterns.  I implore you do the same. As more developers incorporate these labels into their own algorithms, they are going to become even more important. You MUST avoid a Spam Label at all costs!

It seems it is still a struggle to lots of people to be out of the spam zone. 

I am not sure about the rewards. It seems that people that get most of rewards are the one who have a lot of interaction, which sometimes is only “good morning” and not real interaction. I am not sure if the algorithm can distinguish “good” and “poor” interaction.
