Today Iām going to cook some pointed cabbage. Itās one of my favorite types of cabbage. I first discovered it here in Germany, and I think we donāt have it in South America. The taste is lighter than regular cabbage, and it pairs well with other vegetables. Iāll probably add some carrot and potato and make a sautĆ©. Eating healthy, real food has been a part of my life for more than a year, and itās made wonders for me.

Hehe what an interesting shape! I love cabbage in all forms. In the past year Iāve tried to make different dishes with it, even cabbage steak and of course kimchi! Hope you made something delicious with it š

Well the first few tries were a fail haha, I followed a recipe on IG. The most important thing imo is the sauce. Then itās perfection.
