Today I’m going to cook some pointed cabbage. It’s one of my favorite types of cabbage. I first discovered it here in Germany, and I think we don’t have it in South America. The taste is lighter than regular cabbage, and it pairs well with other vegetables. I’ll probably add some carrot and potato and make a sauté.

Eating healthy, real food has been a part of my life for more than a year, and it’s made wonders for me.

I’m a writer and an editor. I love art, literature, music, and to drink good coffee. I practice Ashtanga yoga. I’m here to connect and learn.

I love cabbage in all forms. In the past year I’ve tried to make different dishes with it, even cabbage steak and of course kimchi!

Oh, that’s cool! I’ve seen some recipes of “steaks” but have never tried it. How was it?

Well, cooking has a lot of trial and error… glad that it ended but working. I might try it one of these days. 💫

Well the first few tries were a fail haha, I followed a recipe on IG. The most important thing imo is the sauce. Then it’s perfection.
