Running

Inspired by @zeni.eth and @alor, I tried to do a tempo run. 

My pace has been around 7 or a bit lower. I ran at 6:21. It was tough for me. But still good. I could not run for 40 minutes though. I stopped by 38.

Thank you! It was cool. But a bit tiring. Maybe one can do this once a week. More than that might be too much.

I did some online search and they say around 40 minutes. 🤷‍♀️

Even a 10 minute tempo is tiring for me, let alone 40 minutes 😅
