Sugar free - extended Congratulations to everyone that accomplish 4 weeks without sugar! You are just amazing! 🎉🎉🎉 We are officially starting today the extended version of our sugar free month. According to @poyzn we are going to do it until the end of the year. My suggestion is that we could have up to three cheating days per month. What do you think? If you can go without any sugar, even better. I might have an ice crea In the summer. I’m listing here who confirmed the 2 round. Hi Cami! I'm quitting. Sugar helps with my ADHD regulation and I don't want to cheat by not skipping my 1 spoon of dulce de leche daily... But I'll keep trying to make it work in another ways! Congrats to all of you guys who completed it!!
