It's the new Zora. There is no more minting.

All @zora posts are now coins with a certain supply. So, you can buy some of it. The standard options are given.

The more people buy, the more your share gains value, but for every trade, the creator gets creator fees.

I'm experimenting with this. Will use half of the fees earned on this post to buy and burn $hopje, so that will increase in value. That should benefit all participants.
So far, it's not really much, but the idea is intriguing.
