i just spent one hour vibe napping i didn’t get 8 hours last night so was cooked and even the matcha couldn’t save me does anyone else track their sleep? what do yall use?

I use the free version of an app called pillow. Since I have a cold, I am sleeping longer these days. And also napping in the afternoon.
