Today I had a coffee that the processing method was anaerobic washed. It was from El Salvador and tasted pretty good. Does anyone know what anaerobic washed means? What is anaerobic in the process and what’s the aim of this process?

It had a pretty clean taste and a soft and good aftertaste. It was pretty good actually.
